Materials in scope
POM / Acetal for dimensional stability and general machine parts; Nylon / PA for toughness and wear; PTFE for low friction and chemical resistance; PEEK for higher temperature and demanding service; UHMW-PE for sliding wear and impact; HDPE for corrosion resistance and lower-load components. Final selection depends on the actual application.
Custom component scope
Equipment guides, wear strips, slide plates, rollers, bushings, spacers, scrapers, change parts, gripper pads, vacuum-tooling elements and corrosion-resistant replacement components can be produced to drawings, samples and interfaces.
Application review
Load, speed, friction, wear, chemical exposure, temperature, moisture, dimensional stability and mating materials influence plastic selection and tolerance feasibility.
